The classes are for Beginners or those who are looking for a slower yoga practice or those who have had a break from yoga or exercise and wish to ease back in. It is the perfect environment to get used to the main Asana (poses). Props are provided to facilitate modifications to suit every body and ability. I include an introduction to Pranayama (breathing practices) and some ideas on how to apply the yoga philosophy to your life both on and off the yoga mat.
The cost from 1 March will be £50 for 5 classes – payable on-line and valid for 56 days from date of payment. Drop In for £12 cash or card.
Sundays 1000 – 1100 at Vibez Dance Woodley.
