The 6–class Course for Beginners is the perfect environment to get used to the main Asana (poses). Props are provided to facilitate modifications to suit every body and ability. I include an introduction to Pranayama (breathing practices) and some ideas on how to apply the yoga philosophy to your life both on and off the yoga mat.
The cost is £70 payable in advance for the course of 6 classes.
Sundays 1000 – 1100 at Vibez Dance Woodley.
