Currently I am not running a specific class for Beginners. Instead I adapt the class sequence and give options to anyone new to yoga in my classes. The classes most suitable for Beginners or those who are looking for a slower yoga practice or those who have had a break from yoga or exercise and wish to ease back in are:
During October 2021 there are no classes n at Vibez Dance Sunday mornings but I will restart them in November.
These offer the perfect environment to get used to the main Asana (poses). I include an introduction to Pranayama (breathing practices) and some ideas on how to apply the yoga philosophy to your life both on and off the yoga mat.
