Our Monday Yoga has moved back to the community room at the AS School from 1st July 2024.

Mondays at 6.30 pm – 7.30pm
For Adults even though we are in a School! Suitable for All Levels.
Alfred Sutton School, 148 Wokingham Road, RG6 1JR
Free parking. Bike racks. Near a Number 17 bus stop.

We practice Yoga Poses, Breathing and Relaxation
Price £11 for one class or £60 for 6. Please book in advance to reserve your spot.
Let me know if you wish to borrow a yoga mat.

Private Classes on Request
