Hello and Welcome to Flow Relax Yoga. I am Kath Pinnick, offering you the opportunity to focus on your physical and emotional wellbeing in my yoga classes. I firmly believe that yoga  can not only make you feel good in your body – whatever your age, ability, history of injuries etc but also make you feel more energetic, positive about going forward in your life. Yoga philosophy links the affects of a yoga practice of asana (poses) on our minds and emotions. Come and join me to find that sense of  being true to yourself, liveing the best version of  yourself.
