Yoga Live on-line on Zoom over Christmas and New Year.
20 December Yoga at the Winter Solstice, 27 December Yoga for Gratitude with an Open Heart, 3 January Yoga to Detox and Set an Intention for the New Year. You can join 1,2 or 3 sessions live on-line or request the video recording. £18 for 3 or £7 each. Each class has a flowing sequence of poses, breathing practice and relaxation.
